I am a registered counsellor and psychotherapist whose approach to life and work is rooted in empathy and mutual respect. I offer both long-term therapy and shorter-term counselling to adults from 18 years old, in-person in beautiful central Winchester rooms, on-line, or through a mix of both to flexibly suit your needs. I work with individuals and couples. No one is the same, so my approach is tailored to each client and their own unique needs.
